Why Do I Want to Teach? I would like to tutor in the subject of math because I enjoy working with adolescences and I've noticed that many middle/high school students are troubled by it. With a thorough explanation and constant positive reinforcements, I believe every student can grasp the concept with ease. This I can and will provide for your children. Personal Experience My personal experience consists of 2 students (5th grader & 9th grader). I helped the elementary and high school student with all subjects, but when helping the high school student, we emphasized on Math (Algebra-1 review, Geometry, and Algebra-2 Introductions). Success Story When I was called from a parent to tutor their child, the child wasn't passing the class. After a few weeks into our private tutoring sessions, he was excited every week to show me his improved test scores and I was very touched by how he went from hating math to enjoying math after all! I was able to help the high school student through difficult lessons and the student was able to fully grasp the concepts. At the end of the year, he was able to obtain an A in the class with his surprised teacher. Thank you for reading my information and descriptions.
